1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

During peak periods, promotions or public holidays, processing may take 2–3 business days.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

2. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

StarPodhome accepts change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, clean, in its original condition and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and parts.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible at [support@starpodhome.shop]with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos where possible.

3. HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?

To use a coupon code, add your StarPodhome products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

There will be a box where you can enter your coupon code. After entering the code, click “Apply” to update your order total.

Please note that only one coupon code can be used per order. Coupon codes cannot usually be applied to orders that have already been placed.

4. HOW DO I OPT OUT OF EMAILS?

If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from StarPodhome, simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email.

You may still receive important service emails related to your order, delivery, return, refund or customer support request.
