Return Policy
At StarPodhome, we strive to offer high-quality products and a safe, smooth shopping experience. Our return policy applies for 14 days from the date you receive your order.
The right of return applies for 14 days from receipt of the order.
This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in the event of faults or defects in the product.
Returned products must be in reasonable condition, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging. The product may be tested in the same way as it would be in a physical store.

Order Cancellation
If your order has been paid for but has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request to cancel the order.
Please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly. However, the customer may still use the right of return by following the return process. If you still wish to return the product, please follow the return process below.
Return Policy
Return requests under the right of return must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the product.
This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
Returned products must:
Be tested only in the same way as in a physical store
Be returned in reasonable condition with the original accessories and original packaging
Include all accessories, labels, manuals and any invoice or order information
The following items cannot be returned:
Products that have been damaged beyond normal testing
Products with missing accessories
Products that can no longer be resold due to abnormal use or damage
The refund amount may be reduced if the product has been damaged beyond normal testing.
Return Costs
We cover the return shipping cost in the following cases:
The product has a quality issue
The wrong product was delivered
The customer must send photos or videos as documentation to support@starpodhome.shop. After verification, we will provide return instructions and refund the return shipping cost.
We do not provide prepaid return labels. The customer must send the return using tracked shipping. In the case of a confirmed fault or incorrect item, we will refund reasonable return shipping costs after receiving the receipt and tracking number.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in the following cases:
Personal reasons, such as change of mind, incorrect order, or the product not meeting expectations
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Refusal of delivery or uncollected packages
Note:
We recommend using tracked shipping and secure packaging when returning items, as missing tracking information or transport damage may affect the refund process.
If the return package is lost or damaged during return transit, this may affect the refund process.
Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and passed quality inspection:
The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
The refund will be returned to the original payment method, such as Visa, PayPal or Klarna
The actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you still have not received your refund:
Check your bank account or account statement
Contact your bank or payment platform, such as PayPal or Klarna

Product Exchange
We only accept exchanges if:
The product has clear quality issues, or
The product was damaged during transport
We recommend that any transport damage is reported as soon as possible after delivery.
The right of return applies within 14 days after receiving the product.
For exchanges due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Products exchanged for personal reasons cannot be exchanged again.
Gifts and Promotional Products
If the order included a gift, the gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the corresponding value will be deducted from the refund.
Gifts cannot be replaced or compensated if they are damaged, lost or out of stock.
If an order is marked as a “gift”, the refund will be issued as a gift card to the gift recipient.

Before Returning:
Please email support@starpodhome.shop, state the reason for the return, and wait for return approval and further instructions.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost if the return is not due to a product quality issue.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
Return shipping is normally not refunded for returns due to personal reasons.
We recommend using tracked shipping and, where possible, shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without a tracking number.
Right of Return
In accordance with applicable consumer legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the item.
To use the right of return, the customer must contact us at support@starpodhome.shop within the return period.
The product must be returned in reasonable condition with the original packaging and accessories.
