Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. During peak periods, promotions or public holidays, processing may take 2–3 business days.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is delayed, returned or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@starpodhome.shop. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
